摘 要:针对我国粗放式地表种植土剥离的现状,同时结合振动切削减阻理论与二维切削原理,研制出一种刚柔混联振动剥离机,并对刀具单体的运动特性进行了分析,得到刀具单体的运动轨迹为类椭圆,刀具在上止点的急回特性引起的跳脱现象,有利于切削阻力的减小。在前进速度为0.5m/s,剥离深度100mm的条件下,对0(20Hz,增量为2Hz的振动频率下一组工作部件进行了田间试验,确定振动频率6.3Hz,对应振幅4.4mm。在这一频率下与不振动时相比牵引阻力减小29.35%,总功率减小19.06%。Considering the status quo that the stripping of China's su'ace planting soil is extensive and combining twodimensional cutting theory and drag reduction with vibration principle, developed a rigid -flexible hybrid vibration stripping machine and analyzed the motion characteristics of the tool monomer, the trajectory of the tool monomer is a class of ellipse, and the characteristics of the quick return in the dead known as the tripping phenomenon is in favor of red'ucing the cutting resistance. Under the conditions that the driving speed is 0.5m/s and the stripping depth is 100mm, conductes field experiments with a group working parts for the frequency of (0-20)nz and 2Hz increments. And then determines the vibration frequency of 6.3Hz, corresponding to the amplitude of 4.4mm. At this frequency compared with no vibration, 29.35% of the traction resistance is reduced, and 19.06%of the total power is reduced.
