摘  要:设计一套基于Microsoft Visual Studio2010的井控装置自动试压检测系统,能够完成井控装置试压检测中需要的自动化控制,数据实时采集显示,出具报告等功能。从现场使用中来看该系统满足现场工况的要求。与现有一些试压检测系统相比,该系统具有操作简单、人机界面友好、数据库查阅、报告自动生成等功能,在实现了井控装置试压检测自动控制的同时还提高了检测作业时的安全性。Based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,a set of automatic pressure testing system of well control device was designed. The system could complete automatic control,collect real- time data,automatically give reports etc. in well control device pressure test. Field application results showed that the system could meet the requirements of field working condition.Compared with some existing pressure testing systems,the automatic pressure testing system has some advantages,such as simple operation,friendly man- machine interface,view database,forming report at any time,and other functions. The system could not only realize the automatic control of pressure testing,but also improve the security of the well control equipment testing operations.
