摘　　要：通过分析外科手术学课程的较强实践性以及与临床紧密联系的特点,结合南方医科大学南方医院多年教学经验,对该课程师资的选择以及培训等相关问题进行了探讨与总结,为扩招形势下全面提高外科手术学的教学质量提供参考,让学生更好地掌握无菌技术和外科基本操作技能。The paper first analyzes the characters of operative surgery course such as great practicality and close connection with the clinical work. Then it explores issues related to the selection and training of teachers for this course by relating our many years＇ surgery teaching experience in our hospital. We hope to improve the quality of operative surgery teaching in the context of expanded enrollment so that students can better grasp the aseptic surgical techniques and basic surgical skills.
