摘  要:中医药治疗糖尿病合并抑郁症的疗效有目共睹,但是具体作用机制却众说纷纭。BDNF不仅与糖尿病机制相关,且参与情绪调节。给予外源性BDNF可以改善患者的体质量、糖尿病症状及抑郁行为。以BDNF作为切入点,研究中药与糖尿病合并抑郁症及BNDF的关系表明,三者之间关系密切。BDNF不仅与糖尿病机制相关,且是情绪调节方面的一个因子,BDNF-Va166Met基因多态性,是糖尿病并发抑郁症的遗传因素,BDNF可透过血脑屏障而到达中枢,与其特异性受体结合,通过ERK1/2信号通路和/或PI3K信号通路,作用于神经细胞,引起血糖的变化。BDNF作为突触间单胺调节的下游靶点,参与中枢神经系统中多巴胺、5-羟色胺、胆碱能神经元的再生,可以产生抗抑郁的效果。The effect of Chinese medicine on diabetic depression is obvious. However,opinions on the mechanism of action are widely divided. BDNF is not only associated with the mechanism of diabetes but also involved in emotion regulation. The exogenous BDNF can improve the patient's weight,the symptoms of diabetes and depression. With BDNF as the starting point,we study the close relationship among Chinese medicine,diabetic depression and BDNF. BDNF is a factor of emotion regulation. The gene polymorphism of BDNF-Va166 Met is a genetic factor of diabetic depression. BDNF can reach the center through the blood-brain barrier to combine with its specific receptor and affect nerve cells by signal pathways of ERK1 /2 and / or PI3 K to cause blood sugar change. As the synapse monoamine regulation of downstream target,BDNF participates in the regeneration of the central nervous system in dopamine,serotonin and5-cholinergic neurons,which can produce the effect of antidepressant.
