摘　　要：邵荣世根据脾胃为后天之本,主运化水液,主肌肉,主升清降浊,主统血的理论,认为某些疑难疾病的发生多与痰、湿、热、瘀等有关,而脾胃为其源。临床从脾胃论治疑难病,如清泻心脾、化湿和中治疗重度口角炎,方选导赤散合泻黄散加减;温运脾胃、化湿和络治疗顽固性荨麻疹,方选香砂六君子汤加味;清热化湿和络法治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔癣,方选藿朴夏苓汤加减;清肺通腑泄热法治疗面部痤疮,方选宣白承气汤加减。。Based on the Chinese medicine theory that the spleen and stomach provide the material basis of the acquired constitution,govern transportation and transformation of dampness,control muscles,govern ascending lucidity and descending turbiditym,and control blood,Professor Shao Rongshi holds the view that the occurrence of some difficult miscellaneous diseases mainly relate to phlegm、dampness、heat、stasis and so on,but the spleen and stomach is the origin. By clearing heat and resolving damp、warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold、promoting diuresis with drugs of tasteless flavor、purging stomach and descending Qi、promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,etc,we have got ideal curative effect on treating severe angular cheilitis、intractable urticaria、oral lichen planus and facial acne.
