摘 要:目的优选复眠颗粒提取和制剂成型的最佳工艺。方法以橙皮苷含量为指标,采用正交试验设计法,考察因素为提取时间、提取次数、溶剂用量。结果最佳提取工艺为:加水量为药材量的10倍,煎煮3次,每次90 min。颗粒成型性:药粉与辅料总量比为1∶1,其中辅料用量蔗糖与糊精比为1∶1,75%乙醇为润湿剂制粒。80℃为湿颗粒干燥温度。结论优化工艺合理、稳定,重现性好,为复眠颗粒的生产提供试验依据。Objective To optimize the extraction technology and forming process of Fumian Granule. Methods Orthogonal test was carried out. The influence of the dosage of solvent,time length of extraction and frequency of extraction on extraction results were investigated by using the content of Hesperidin as index. Results The optimal extraction technique was to extract Hesperidin in 10 times the weight of herbal medicine for 3 times( 90 minutes for each time). Forming process: the total ratio of powder and accessories is 1: 1. Sugar and dextrin are the accessories and their ratio is 1: 1. 75% ethanol is wetting agent. 80 ℃ is the drying temperature of wet particle. Conclusion The technology is stable and replicable. It can provide reference for preparation of Fumian Granule.
