摘　　要：作为"睁眼看世界"的代表人物之一,徐继畬不仅编著了《瀛寰志略》一书,而且对当时盐政也颇为关注,有着自己一套系统的看法。他的《潞盐刍议致王雁汀中丞》一文,结合河东盐政的具体实际,对河东盐政可能的制度选择进行了评议,表达了对清廷盐政前景深深的忧虑。Xu Jishe, one of the representatives of the people“who opened the eyes to see the world”, not only compiled Yingyu Zhilve （Annals of World Geography） but had a systematic view of contemporary salt administration. In his article On Lu Salt：to Governor Wang Yanting, he commented on the possible choices for Hedong （Xie Salt Lake in Shanxi） salt administration system, and expressed his deep anxiety about the future of salt administration of Qing government.
