羌医药浸酒外搽配合局部推拿理疗对慢性运动性闭合性软组织损伤康复效果的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析羌族民间传统药方浸酒外搽配合局部推拿理疗对慢性运动性闭合性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月至2013年12月因慢性运动性闭合性软组织损伤而就诊的患者共110例,随机分为推拿理疗组、推拿理疗+内服中药组和推拿理疗+羌族药方浸酒外搽组。对比三组患者治疗前和治疗2个月后的临床病状积分和运动后各时段酸痛等级,对比三组患者治疗前和治疗2个月后的VAS疼痛评分和Oswestry评分,同时对比三组患者治疗2个月后的临床疗效。结果:三组患者治疗2个月后的各项临床病状积分、运动后各时段酸痛等级、VAS疼痛评分和Oswestry评分均显著低于治疗前,且推拿理疗+羌族药方浸酒外搽组治疗2个月后的各项临床病状积分、运动后各时段酸痛等级、VAS疼痛评分和Oswestry评分均显著低于其他两组,P<0.01。推拿理疗+羌族药方浸酒外搽组治疗2个月后的临床疗效显著优于其他两组,P<0.05。结论:羌族药方浸酒外搽配合局部推拿理疗可显著改善慢性运动性闭合性软组织损伤患者的临床症状和生活质量,具有良好疗效,值得临床推广。Objective：To analyze the rehabilitation of Qiang medicine liquor external use with local massage therapy for chronic motility closed soft tissue injury. Methods： 110 cases of chronic exercise-induced closed soft tissue injury from January 2012 to December 2013 in our department were randomly divided into 3 groups, massage therapy group, massage therapy＋traditional Chinese medicine group, massage therapy ＋ Qiang medicine liquor external use group. The integration of clinical symptoms and pain level sport each period of three groups of patients before and after treatment was compared. The VAS pain scores and Oswestry scores of three groups of patients before and after treatment were also compared. The clinical efficacy after two months was compared. Results： The integration of clinical symptoms, pain level sport each period, VAS pain scores and Oswestry scores in three groups of patients after 2 months were significantly lower than those before treatment, while the integration of clinical symptoms, pain level sport each period, VAS pain scores and Oswestry scores in the massage therapy ＋ Qiang medicine liquor external use group were significantly lower than those in other two groups, P〈0.01. The clinical efficacy after two months in the massage therapy＋Qiang medicine liquor external use group was significantly better than the other two groups, P 〈0.05. Conclusion： Qiang medicine liquor external use with local massage therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life in chronic motility closed soft tissue injury, with good effect, which is worthy of promotion.
