从富铷云母矿中氯化焙烧浸出铷的研究

摘　　要：对比了富含铷的云母矿及其与氯化钙的差热示差扫描和热重分析,研究了氯化钙与富含铷的云母矿在不同焙烧剂及含量下的铷浸出率,用XRD分析了典型温度下的焙烧产物。根据实验的结果和热力学分析结果,认为富含铷的云母氯化焙烧提取铷的化学反应是云母与氯化钙生成钙长石,钙长石、钠长石和钾长石相互转换的反应,矿中的铷和钾同步参与反应。Comparing the changes in the Rubidium-rich muscovite before and after chlo rination roasting, through thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry（TG-DSC） and X-ray diffractometer（XRD）.The leaching rate of rubidium was examined at different amount of roasting agent, as well as different kind. Concluded that anorthite formed by the reaction of muscovite and calcium chloride, the conversion between anorthite. Potassium feldspar and albite as the same time, base on the results of the experiment and thermodynamic analysis.
