摘 要:以冬小麦品种宁麦10号、太7209为材料,研究了不同浓度Na+胁迫对种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响,探讨了外源Ca2+对盐胁迫的缓解效应。结果表明:当NaCl浓度大于0.6%时,显著抑制小麦发芽率、发芽势、根数及苗鲜重,随着盐浓度升高,宁麦10号生长受抑制率大于太7209,太7209耐盐性优于宁麦10号;外源Ca2+处理能不同程度减轻盐胁迫,敏盐品种宁麦10号对盐胁迫的缓解效应大于耐盐品种太7209。With winter wheat variety Ningmai 10,Tai 7209 as materials,studied the different concentrations of Na + salt stress effect of germination and seedling growth of seed,discussed the mitigative effects of exogenous Ca2+ on salt stress.The results show that:the wheat germination rate,germination energy,root number and fresh weight of seedling is inhibited significantly when the NaCl concentration is greater than 0.6%,along,the inhibition degree of Ningmai 10 is greater than Tai 7209 with increase of salt concentration,Tai 7209 salt tolerance is better than Ningmai 10; exogenous Ca2+ treatment could significantly relieve salt stress,the mitigative effect of the salt sensitive varieties Ningmai 10 to salt stress is better than Tai 7209.
