摘  要:目的:建立毛菊苣总倍半萜滴丸中山莴苣素的溶出度测定方法.方法:采用桨法测定体外溶出度,通过单因素试验筛选溶出介质和转速,利用HPLC测定毛菊苣总倍半萜滴丸中山莴苣素的溶出度,流动相甲醇(A)-0.2%甲酸(B)梯度洗脱(0 - 30 min,28%- 72% A),检测波长256 nm.结果:选择含0.2%十二烷基硫酸钠的人工胃液为溶出介质,转速100r·min-1,山莴苣素线性范围0.015 -0.075 g·L-1(r=0.999),平均回收率101.04% (RSD 1.38%).样品30 min时体外溶出度均>80%.结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于毛菊苣总倍半萜滴丸的溶出度测定.Objective:To establish a method for determining dissolution of lactucin in total sesquiterpenes from Cichorium glandulosum dropping pills.Method:Paddle method was adopted in which artificial gastric juice was taken as solvent with a rotating speed of 100 r · min-1 Dissolution of lactucin was determined by HPLC and dissolution curves were drawn,mobile phase is made up of methanol (A)-0.2% formic acid (B) for gradient elution (0-30 min,28%-72% A) and detection wavelength was set at 256 nm.Result:Lactucin was linear over the range of 0.015-0.075 g ·L-1 with r of 0.999 and average recovery was 101.04% with RSD of 1.38%.Taking artificial gastric juice containing 0.2% sodium dodecyl sulfate as dissolution medium,dissolution of samples were all more than 80% in 30 min.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and reliable for dissolution determination of total sesquiterpenes from Cichorium glandulosum dropping pills.
