摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液不良反应(ADR),促进合理用药,保障患者用药安全。方法对2012—2013年在本院静脉滴注盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液出现的46例ADR进行回顾性研究分析。结果盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液ADR主要与年龄、联合用药有关,临床表现以皮肤变态反应或静脉炎症状、消化系统损害最常见,偶见过敏性休克、肝损害等严重ADR。结论应加强该药品ADR监测,加大合理用药宣传,最大限度保障患者的用药安全。Objective To study the adverse reaction（ ADR） of levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection,in order to promote the rational use of drugs,ensure the safety of patients with medication. Methods 46 cases of ADR during intravenous drip levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection in our hospital from January 2012 to December2013 were retrospectively analysis. Results Levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection ADR is mainly related to age,drug combination,the most common clinical manifestation were skin allergy or vein inflammation shape,digestive system damage,anaphylactic shock,liver damage and other serious ADR occurred occasionally. Conclusion The drug ADR monitoring should be strengthened,increase publicity for the rational use of drugs,to ensure the safety of the patient＇s medication to the greatest extent.
