摘 要:用浊度法分别对13种单分散聚苯乙烯微球悬浊液的浓度进行检测,考察粒径、温度、放置时间对聚苯乙烯微球悬浮液浊度的影响.结果表明:在一定浓度范围内,同一粒径的单分散聚苯乙烯微球悬浮液的质量浓度与浊度存在极其显著的相关性;采用浊度法,依据所得到的浓度与浊度的标准曲线可以快速准确地计算悬浊液的微球浓度,相对标准偏差为1.87%~6.36%,加标回收率为93.1%~110.0%,质量浓度检出限在0.01~3.88 mg/L之间.The concentrations of 13 kinds of monodispersive polystyrene microspheres with different sizes were determined by turbidimetric method respectively. The effects of particle size, temperature and storage time on the turbidity of suspension were studied. The experimental results show that the relationships between concentrations and turbidity of monodispersive polystyrene microspheres are significant in the test range. By these obtained correlations, the concentrations of monodispersive polystyrene microspheres can be rapidly calculated. The turbidimetric method shows a relative standard deviation of 1.87%-6.36% with a detection limit of 0.01-3.88 mg/L in mass concentration. The recoveries of standards added to the suspension of monodispersive polystyrene microspheres are between 93.1% and 110.0%.
