两种腹腔镜手术方式治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠的疗效

摘　　要：目的:比较腹腔镜两种保守手术方式治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法:回顾性分析105例异位妊娠患者的手术情况、术后输卵管通常情况及妊娠情况。结果:采用腹腔镜下吸胚术者38例,采用腹腔镜下开窗取胚术者67例,两组进行比较分析,发现吸胚术具有术中出血少、手术时间短、术后输卵管再通率高的特点。结论:腹腔镜手术是异位妊娠的主要治疗手段,吸胚术在异位妊娠治疗中更是一种安全、"无创"的手术方式,临床应用价值更高。Objective Comparison of the two laparoscopie conservative surgery type of treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy curative effect.Methods Retrospectively analyzing 105 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery and pregnancies.Results Adoptting laparoscopic suction embryo performer 38 eases,the laparoseopie opening the window taking embryo performer 67 cases,comparing thc the two groups,found the fwrst type of treatment is less intraoperative bleeding,shorter operation time,the higher rate of postoperative fallopian tubes.Conclusion Laparoseopic surgery is the main treatment of ectopic pregnancy, the e Suction embryo surgery in the treatment of eetopic pregnancy is a more safe,＂noninvasive＂ mode of ol^eration,higher clinical value.
