摘　　要：目的 探讨应用应变率成像研究急性期川崎病患儿左心室局部功能的价值.方法 选取59例冠状动脉增宽或冠状动脉瘤的患儿及45名正常对照婴幼儿,分别测量其整体收缩功能、各段心肌的收缩应变率及舒张早期应变率.结果 整体收缩功能两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,川崎病组左心室壁部分节段的收缩期峰值应变率、舒张早期应变率低于正常组（P＜0.05或＜0.01）.结论 川崎病患儿的左心室局部收缩和舒张功能是受损的,特别是舒张功能受损明显,应变率成像技术具有较高的敏感性,可用于评估川崎病患儿心肌收缩和舒张功能。Objective To investigate the value of left ventricular regional function by strain rate imaging on children at acute stage of Kawasaki disease.Methods Fifty nine children at acute stage of Kawasaki disease and forty five normal children were enrolled in our experiment.The main left ventricular systolic function was examined.The segments were examined using the strain rate imaging to obtain regional peak systolic strain rate （SRs）,peak early diastolic strain rate （SRe）.Results The main left ventricular systolic function wasn＇ t decreased compared with the normal control （P ＞ 0.05）.The SRs and SRe of some segments of children at acute stage of Kawasaki disease was decreased compared with the normal control （P ＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01）.Conclusions The leftventricular regional function,especially the diastolic dysfunction,in children at acute stage of Kawasaki disease are impaired.Strain rate imaging is a sensitive and especially method in evaluation the region function of children at acute stage of Kawasaki disease.
