耳穴疗法治疗中风后尿失禁疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价耳穴综合疗法治疗中风后尿失禁的疗效。方法将100例中风后尿失禁患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,对照组50例,治疗组采用耳穴综合疗法,对照组采用康复训练。在治疗前和治疗2个疗程后,评价两组患者的疗效情况。结果治疗组总有效率为82.0%,对照组总有效率为62.0%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴综合疗法治疗中风后尿失禁有较好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the comprehensive auricular point therapy in treating post-stroke urinary incontinence. Method A hundred patients with post-stoke urinary incontinence were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 50 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by comprehensive auricular point therapy, while the control group was by rehabilitation training. The therapeutic efficacies were evaluated after 2 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 82.0%in the treatment group versus 62.0%in the control group, and the difference was statistically insignificant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive auricular point therapy is effective in treating post-stroke urinary incontinence.
