摘  要:转轮除湿空调可回收利用船舶余热,在船舶上有良好的应用优势。利用所搭建的船用转轮除湿空调系统实验台,在不同新风比、新风温度的条件下,对系统运行性能参数:单位除湿量、系统制冷量、系统COP及系统节能率的变化影响进行考察。研究结果表明:随着新风温度、新风比的增大,系统各性能参数均随之增大。因此,转轮除湿空调在船舶上的应用可实现船舶空调的显著节能,同时还有助于新风比的提高,改善舱室的空气品质。Marine rotary desiccant A/C system could reclaim the ship residual heat and has significant application advantages on ships. Taking advantage of an advanced test rig built for the marine rotary desiccant A/C system, the performance of marine rotary desiccant A/C system influenced by its parameters of fresh air temperature and fresh air ratio was studied Experimental researches were carried out under different fresh air ratio and temperature to investigate the variation of the system performance parameters, including the system dehumidification amount, system cooling capacity, COP and energy-saving ratio. Experimental results showed that all system performance parameters would increase with the increase of fresh air ratio and temperature. Therefore, the application of rotary desiccant A/C system on ships could not only help greatly improve system energy-saving, but help to realize the augment of marine A/C system's fresh air ratio and then to improve the accommodation cabins' air quality.
