合理低价中标法在园林工程招投标中的应用

摘　　要：随着园林工程建设项目投资力度的不断加大,如何选择最合适的招投标办法来满足需求越来越受到业内专家的关注。对园林工程招投标市场进行分析发现,合理低价中标法是当前招投标工作中应用较多的方法之一,为充分发挥合理低价中标法在园林工程招投标中的作用,应进一步规范工程量清单的统计和计算方法,科学界定和评审合理低价,严格招投标资格审查,公开项目评审过程,跟踪监督中标事后管理。With landscape construction project investment continues to increase, experts are increasingly concerned about how to choose the most appropriate bidding method.Through analysis of landscape engineering bidding market, bidding evaluation in reasonable low price is one of the current methods widely used.In order to give full play to this method, we should standardize statistical and computational methods of the bill of quantities, scientifically define and evaluate the reasonable low price, critical review of bidding eligibility,open review process and supervise management of winning project.
