摘  要:气层出砂会影响单井产能和损害设备,解决该问题要准确地对油气井产层段进行出砂预测。现有的出砂评价标准很多是针对埋藏较浅的油层建立的,不适用于深气层。以塔里木油田库车地区埋藏较深的E—K系气层为研究对象,利用测井资料快速准确地计算出临界生产压差、斯伦贝尔比和出砂指数等评价参数。对这些参数进行标准化处理,消除不同产层埋深的影响,建立了一套适用于浅层、中深层和深层的出砂判别新标准。利用该方法对工区产层出砂进行预测和评价,准确率显著提高,这为防砂增产提供了及时决策的理论依据。In the process of well producing, sand production will decrease the deliverability and damage the equipment, the key to resolve this problem is to accurately predict the reservoir sand production. At present, many sanding evaluation standards are based on shallow oil reservoir, and they are not suitable for the deep gas reservoir. For this reason, this paper researches E-K series gas reservoir in Tarim oilfield, and use log data to calculate the critical drawdown pressure, SLBR and BULK quickly and accurately. By dealing with the evaluating parameter to the same standard to defeat the influence of the cover depth, we establish a new sanding evaluation standard which is suitable for the shallow reservoir, medium shallow reservoir and deep reservoir. Using the new standard to evaluate is obviously raised, so it can provide decision reservoir sanding in Kuche area, the precision ratio foundation for sand-control.
