4种甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐含量高效液相色谱分析方法比较研究  被引量:7

摘  要:利用4种不同的高效液相色谱分析方法测定15种农药产品中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐含量,比较其检测效果,并分析其优缺点和适用范围。结果表明:当产品中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐含量的平均质量分数在1.09%-3.87%时,其相对标准偏差为0.26%-1.96%,当甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐含量的平均质量分数在0.48%-0.95%时,其相对标准偏差为1.05%-2.08%,当甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐含量的平均质量分数在0.043%-0.047%时,其相对标准偏差为2.13%-4.65%,表明4种方法精密度均较高;4种方法测定结果之相对偏差均小于10%,在其标准规定的允许偏差范围内,均能得到很好的测试效果;4种方法各有优缺点,除方法四不适合作为甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和氯菊酯或丁醚脲混合制剂中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐含量的检测方法外,其余均可用于甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐含量的测定。The content of emamectin benzoate in 15 pesticide products were detected by 4 different high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods, and their detection effects advantage, disadvantages and applicable ranges were analyzed. The results showed that the average content Of emamectin benzoate range from 1.09% to 3.87% with the relative standard deviations were 0.26 %- 1.96 %, range from 0.48 % to 0.95 % with the relative standard deviations were 1.05%-2.02%, and range from 0. 043% to 0. 047% with the relative standard deviations were 2.13%-4.65%, suggesting that the 4 methods have high precision. The 4 methods achieved better testing effort which the relative errors of 4 different HPLC methods were less than 10% within the scope of the standards, suggesting that the 4 methods have their advantages and disadvantages and can be used for measurement of emamectin benzoate content except that the method 4 is not suitable for dertermining the emamectin benzoate on mixed formulation of emamectin benzoate and cypermethrin or diafenthiuron.
