百色市水库移民社区“美丽乡村”的综合构建

摘　　要：指出了百色市水利水电工程移民是一个庞大的弱势群体,加快移民社区发展任务艰巨。移民社区应按照"五体一位"总布局精神,不断提高移民综合素质,依托依山傍库和市郊区位的优势发展多元经济,快速实现脱贫致富,建成美丽乡村。The hydropower immigrant project covers a huge number of residents who are less powerful, thus it is tough to accelerate the development of the immigrant community. This project is under the guidance of ＂Five parts become a whole＂, which aims to raise the quality of local residents, to boost the diverse economy by relying on the advantageous suburb position which is close to the mountains and reservoir, and finally to realize the target of being a rich and beautiful countryside.
