摘 要:建页HF-2井井深为2888m,水平段长1000m,大斜度段长380.5m,垂深1753.74m,页岩发育,使用油基泥浆,裸眼段伴有漏层。针对现场情况,制定了相应的固井技术措施确保固井质量,具体措施包括:模拟套管串强度通井,优化扶正器安放设计,使用高效油基泥浆清洗液VERSACLEAR冲刷井壁,采用双凝双密度韧性胶乳水泥浆进行防漏防窜双控制,使用双配双注固井设备以及漂浮顶替技术。较好地解决了页岩气长水平段油基泥浆条件下的固井技术难题,建页HF-2井水平段全段固井质量良好。Jianye HF-2 Well was 2888 mdeep,horizontal section length was 1000 m,high-angle segment length was380.5mwith vertical depth of 1753.74 m,Shale formation was developed,oil-base mud was used for drilling and lost circulation was induced in open hole section.In consideration of field conditions,corresponding measures for cementing technique were developed for ensuring the cementing quality.The measures include wiper trip for simulating the strength of well casing strings,optimizing the design of centralizer setting,cleaning the wellbore by using high efficient oil-base fluid VERSACLEAR,using double-density dual condensate toughness latex slurry for controlling the lost circulation and channeling and using double mud pumping trucks and double fluid mixing trucks and floating displacement technology,by which the problems of cementing under the condition of long horizontal section in shale gas formation using oil-base mud are solved,good quality is obtained in the whole well of Jianye HF-2.
