摘  要:在分枝井夹壁墙处注入有机固砂剂可有效解决井下作业及生产过程中,由于夹壁墙处疏松砂岩胶结强度低,迫使夹壁墙井壁坍塌,导致分枝井井眼连接井段失效的问题。室内初步研制了有机固砂剂HFN-FY以提高砂体胶结强度。研究表明,有机固砂剂HFN-FY自身黏度低,并与固化剂HGH-8有良好的配伍性。优选出1.5%HFN-HY+0.75%HGH-8(质量分数)的固化配方,该配方具有良好的胶结固化不同粒径砂的性能,固化后固结体抗压强度高,并且有良好的低温固结性能和抗腐蚀性能;在地层润湿情况下固化后的固结体的抗压强度变化不大,可以满足分枝井夹壁墙固化技术要求。An organic consolidation agent injected into connection section of a branch wells was a new sand control material used to solve problems such as connection section collapse induced by poor cementation of loose sandstone in the connection section and the failure in the connection section of the branch well.A new organic consolidation agent HFNFY was initially developed in laboratory,it could be used to solve the problem of instability of wellbore.Studies show that the agent has a low viscosity,and good compatibility with the curing agent HGH-8.A curing formulation of 1.5%HFN-HY+0.75%HGH-8(the mass fraction)is chosen,it has a good ability to cement scattered sands with different particle sizes,a high consolidation,it also has a good low-temperature consolidation performance and corrosion resistance ability.The solid compressive strength remains constant after it is cured under the condition of wet formation,it can meet the technical requirement of cementation of connection section of the branch wells.
