摘  要:古城油田泌124区块属于复杂断块油藏,由于原油黏度高、开采层位多、构造复杂、井距不规则等多种因素造成开发形势严峻,进入聚合物驱开发后如何提高开发效果尤为重要。研究了聚合物驱动态调整技术,聚合物驱前,通过完善注采井和整体调剖技术,对注采关系进行精细调整。聚合物驱过程中,通过调整注入质量浓度、注入速度、注入方式、注采结构,最大限度地扩大聚合物驱波及体积,改善聚合物驱效果。泌124区块聚合物驱方案设计为段塞量0.567PV,注入速度0.11PV/a,注采比1.05,与水驱相比累计增油4.35×104t,提高采收率8.63%,吨聚合物增油45.3t,取得了较好的聚合物驱效果。Block Bi 124 of Gucheng Oilfield belonged to a complex fault-block reservoir.Its development was difficult because of its high viscosity,multi-layer of development,complex structure and irregular well spacing.Therefore how to improve its development efficiency was important at the late stage of polymer flooding.The dynamic adjustment technology of polymer flooding was studied,before the flooding,the technologies of perfecting injecting-producing well pattern and adjustment and profile control were used for fine adjustment of injecting-producing correlation.During the flooding,by adjusting mass concentration of injection,injection velocity,injection mode,its structure,the swept area was maximized for improving the efficiency of polymer flooding.The design of polymer flooding scheme is 0.567 PV in Block Bi124,its injection velocity is 0.11PV/a,its injection-production ratio is 1.05,compared with waterflooding efficiency,the cumulated oil increment is 4.35×104t with enhanced oil recovery of 8.63%and with oil enhancement of 45.3tper ton of polymer.Good result is obtained.
