摘 要:研究采用反相乳液聚合法制备了以二氧化硅为核、丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚物为壳的复合微球PAMAA@SiO2,并通过加入功能性单体、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)进一步改善其抗盐性能。利用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪和激光粒度分析仪表征微球结构,并进行了溶胀和核微孔滤膜试验。结果表明,所得复合微球粒径为与孔喉尺寸匹配的微米级,分散均匀,具有良好的溶胀性、耐温抗盐性及封堵和变形运移的能力,是具有应用潜力的高抗盐型调剖材料。A composite microsphere PAMAA @ SiO2,which took SiO2 nanoparticles as inorganic core and acrylamideacrylate copolymer as organic shell,was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization.A functional monomer styrene sulfonate(SSS)was introduced to further improve salt-tolerance of the microspheres.The structures of the composite microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectrometers and laser particle size analyzer.Results of the swelling and nucleopore film experiments show that the composite microspheres obtained with uniform micrometer size analyzer have good swelling capacity,plugging property,high-temperature tolerance and highsalt tolerance.The composite microspheres are potential as profile-control and oil-displacement agent with high salt-tolerance.
