摘  要:由于采用Φ101.6mm套管二次固井,且Φ101.6mm套管的内径只有86mm,使井下工具特别是封隔器、水力锚、配水器的径向尺寸排列矛盾突出,设计、加工十分困难。为解决这一矛盾问题,开展了适合Φ101.6mm套管井油套分注工艺管柱研究,研制了Y221-80封隔器、水力锚等特小直径配套工具,截至2013年底现场试验了21口井30井次,下井管柱工艺成功率100%,密封有效成功率100%,满足了河南油田Φ101.6mm套管井油套分注工艺的需要,填补了该系列套管分层工艺技术的空白。For the adoption of Φ101.6mm casing for second cementing,its inner diameter was only Φ86mm,there existed serious contradictions in radial arrangement for the down-hole tools,especially for the packers,hydraulic anchor and water distributor,which would cause the difficulty for designing and processing.For solving the problems,a separate-layer water injection technology through tubing and casing for Φ101.6mm cased holes was studied,special and small diameter matching tools such as Y221-80 packer and hydraulic anchor were developed.By the end of 2013,30 field operations are made in 21 wells with success rate of 100%,the sealing efficiency is 100%.It can meet the requirement for separate-layer water injection in Φ101.6mm cased hole in Henan Oilfield,it fills the blank of this series of separate-layer injection technology through casings.
