摘　　要："基于松耦合多平台的IT架构管控研究与实践"项目以人民银行业务需求为基点,坚持安全、可靠、灵活、高效、可管理和易维护的设计原则,规划完成央行的IT架构;建设了一批可重用的公共基础平台;形成了系统建设的一系列规范与指引,以及具有人民银行特色的架构管控方法。该项目荣获2013年度"银行科技发展奖"二等奖。With the help of IT techniques, financial institutions of the banking industry in the 21 st century have gained amarked achievements by incessantly perfecting their informatized framework, boosting the construction of the application system, and making a change in operating intensification. From the result of review of Banking Scientific and Technological Development Awards for 2013, the People's Bank of China,China Construction Bank and Ping An Bank have respectively won the prize. This column analyses them one by one with our readers.
