摘　　要：CXC趋化因子配体10(CXCL10)也叫IFN诱导蛋白10,属于CXC趋化因子家族非ELR亚族的小分子趋化因子,对白细胞转运及内皮与血管平滑肌等组织细胞功能有重要作用。它们通过与特异性CXCR3受体结合调控系列炎症反应,在心血管疾病中有重要表现。该文的目的在于阐述CXCL10在各类心血管疾病中的功能并讨论其在将来的心血管疾病研究模式中作为生物学标记的可能性。CXC chemokine ligand 1 0 （CXCL1 0）,also known as interferon-inducible protein-1 0 （IP-1 0）,is a small chemokine belonging to the non-ELR-CXC chemokine family,which plays a pivotal role in leu-kocyte trafficking and cellular and tissue functions,such as endothelial and vascular smooth muscle cells.CX-CL1 0 is able to regulate a cascade of inflammatory responses by binding to specific CXCR3 receptor,regarded as vital manifestations in cardiovascular diseases （CVD）.The purpose of this review is to describe the func-tions of CXCL1 0 in different CVDs and discuss the possibility of utilizing CXCL1 0 as a potential biomarker in CVD study pattern.
