社会体育人才队伍建设的现实困境及发展研究

摘　　要：对我国社会体育人才队伍建设现状所面临的现实困境进行分析与反思,以探寻我国社会体育人才队伍建设存在的问题。由此提出突破困境的对策:社会体育人才理念与认同问题要靠文化管理解决;社会体育人才培养体系要遵循教育内外关系规律;社会体育人才的管理要注重考核与评价机制的合理有效运用;专业制度的改革是社会体育人才培养分化和特色形成的推动力;提升社会体育人才的人力资本是社会体育发展的必须。The authors make analysis and reflection on the realistic predicament faced in our social sports talents team construction present situation, to explore the existing problems of construction of social sports talent team in our country. Thus puts forward countermeasures to break through the predicament： the social sports talent concept and identity depends on the cultural management solution; social sports personnel training system should follow the law of education with internal and external relations ; rational and effective use of social sports talents management should focus on the examination and evaluation mechanism; reform of professional system is the forming impetus of cultivation differentiation and characteristics of social sports talents; improving social sports talent human capital must be the development of social sports.
