摘　　要：在当前满装径向自锁圆柱滚子轴承装配方法的基础上,提出了一种不用加热外圈,直接从轴承端面装入最后一粒滚子的装配方法,不仅操作简单,而且易于推广。A new assembly method which based on the existing assembly method is put forward for full-complement and self-lock cylindrical roller bearing,the method is no-heating the out ring of bearing,inserting the last cylindrical roller straightly into the raceway of bearing,it can lows the complication and difficulty of assembly process,and reduces the gages and tools of manufacturing.
