苦瓜新品种漳绿1号的选育及栽培技术

摘　　要：[目的]选育漳绿1号苦瓜,为蔬菜生产提供优质、抗病、耐热的苦瓜新品种.[方法]以广东汕头绿娇苦瓜经8代自交产生的自交系KJ-2为父本、漳州诏安绿白苦瓜经6代自交产生的自交系ZA为母本配制苦瓜一代杂交种.2010年秋季和2011年春季参加品种比较试验,2011年秋季和2012年春季参加品种区域试验.[结果]育成的苦瓜漳绿1号,具有优质、高产、较抗枯萎病和白粉病等特点.品比试验中,春季前期产量和总产量分别为21301.5和49282.5 kg/ha,分别比对照宝玉2号增产15.6％和9.8％;秋季前期产量和总产量分别为16531.5和51867.0 kg/ha,分别比对照宝玉2号增产10.7％和13.7％.5个区域试验点的前期产量和总产量均比对照增产8.9％～17.0％.[结论]漳绿1号适合在福建省春秋两季推广种植.[Objective]Zhanglti 1 was bred to provide references for providing new bitter gourd cultivars with good quality, disease-resistance and heat-resistance. [Method ]By crossing with the 8 generation of Shantou hybrid genera- tion （KJ-2） as female parent and the 6 generation of inbred line ＇Zhaoan Local Balsam Pear＇ （ZA） as male par- ent, variety tests were carried out in 2010 Autumn and 2011 Spring and regional tests were carried out in 2011 Au- tumn and 2012 Spring. [Result]The newly-bred variety Zhanglii 1 showed top-quality, high-yield, wilt-resistance, mildew-resistance and good stability. In variety compared trials, early yield （21301.5 kg/ha） and total yield （49282.5 kg/ba） of Zhangltl 1 increased by 15.6% and 9.8% compared with Baoyu 2 in Spring, and early yield （16531.5 kg/ha） and total yield （51867.0 kg/ha） of Zhanglti 1 increased by 10.7% and 13.7% in Autumn. In regional tests, early yield and total yield increased by 8.9%-17.0% compared with Baoyu 2 at 5 test points. [Conclusion]Zhanglti 1 was certified by Fujian Committee for Crop Variety Registration.
