摘 要:在某城市的污水管网调度系统建设中,以力控组态软件为核心,应用先进的计算机控制技术、可编程控制器(PLC)技术以及网络通信技术等,结合现有污水管网的特征,设计出了一套运行状态和参数能够自动检测和控制、具有自动故障应急处理能力和网络通信能力的高性能、高可靠性的污水管网调度系统。该系统投入运行后,大大提升了排水公司的运营效率,泵站设备运行状态一目了然,预警信息及时准确,不仅解决了管线的整体调度问题,还能及时应对突发事件,确保系统安全运行,受到了用户的好评。In the construction of sewer network scheduling system of a city, with force control con- figuration software as the core, a sewer network scheduling was designed using advanced computer control technology, p system with high performance and reliability rogrammable logic controller (PLC) technol- ogy and network communication technology as well as combined with the features of the existing sewer network. The running state and parameters of the system could be automatically detected and controlled, with automatic fault emergency response capacity and the network communication ability. After the system was put into operation, the operation efficiency of the drainage company was greatly improved. The run- ning status of the pumping station equipment was clear at a glance, the warning information was timely and accurate, the whole pipeline scheduling problem was solved, and emergencies could be timely treated to ensure the safe operation of the system. The system was well received by the users.
