摘　　要：近年来,我国许多城市遭受了较为严重的内涝灾害。在此背景下,2014年2月,《室外排水设计规范》最新修订版公布,该规范中的新增内容重点关注了城市的雨洪管理,具有较强的前瞻性和可行性。为此,针对其中雨水设计流量、模型模拟、内涝防治体系等方面进行了初步探讨,并提出了一些建议,以期促进对新版规范的认识和理解。In recent years, many cities have suffered severe waterlogging in China. Under the cir- cumstances, the new edition of Code for Design of Outdoor Wastewater Engineering was enacted in Febru- ary, 2014. This code put great emphases on the urban stormwater management and presented forward- looking and feasible characteristics. The contents of design runoff volume, modeling and prevention and control system of waterlogging were discussed. Some relevant suggestions were also brought forward, which might help to promote the understanding of the new code.
