摘　　要：目的 了解单采血小板流失献血者的基本情况及流失原因,制定下一步招募计划,做好献血者保留工作。方法 使用现代血站管理信息系统SHINOW9.0统计查询功能,对3 571名流失的单采血小板献血者进行电话回访,用SPSS11.0软件包进行统计分析。结果 本地区流失的单采血小板献血者中,女性流失率高于男性（χ^2=25.05,P〈0.01）,年龄段以18～25岁流失率最高（χ^2=188.06,P〈0.01）,职业以军人和学生的流失率最高（χ^2=325.95,P〈0.01）,仅献血1次后就流失了的献血者占66.76%。流失原因主要是献血者工作忙忘记了、与献血者联系失败、现在在外地工作生活、身体或年龄原因、有不愉快献血经历、认为血站利用血液牟取暴利而拒绝献血、交通不方便等。结论 重视新献血者招募的同时,应做好献血者保留工作,加强献血者信息的及时更新工作,实行到期提醒服务,树立良好的血站形象,对于无偿献血工作健康发展也是至关重要的。Objective To find out the basic situation on and reasons for the loss of platelet donors and to make the next recruitment plan to retain blood donors. Methods Using the SHINOW9. 0 software, phone calls were conducted to contact and to question the 3 517 lost platelet donors. SPSS11. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results Among the lost platelet donors in Shijiazhuang,the rate of lost female donors was higher than the lost male donors （χ^2 = 25.05 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Donors ranging from ages 18 to 25 contributed to the highest rate of lost donors （χ^2 = 188.06 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. In terms of careers ,soldiers and students contributed to the highest rate of lost donors （χ^2= 325.95 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Among all blood donors ,66. 76% did not return after their first blood donation. The primary reasons for low retention rate of blood donors were as followed： forgetfulness due to busy work schedule,failure to contact with former blood donors, long distance,donors＇ physical discomfort,donors＇ age, refusal to donate blood that could monetarily profit the blood collection agencies, transport inconvenience, etc. Conclusion While blood collection agencies should prioritize on recruiting more new blood donors ,they should also focus on retention of blood donors by updating blood donors＇ information in a timely fashion and implementing donor recall services. Establishing a reliable image of the blood bank is very crucial for the continuous healthy development of voluntary blood donation.
