摘 要:工作面突出危险性预测是防治煤与瓦斯突出的一个重要环节,提高预测指标测定的准确性对于减少"低指标突出"现象,保证安全生产有重要意义。钻屑解吸指标K1是工作面煤与瓦斯突出预测的重要指标之一。基于扩散理论和钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1物理意义建立了K1的数学表达式,根据该式研究了瓦斯压力、损失时间、煤粒粒度、扩散系数对K1的影响。结果表明:钻屑解吸指标K1与瓦斯压力呈幂指数关系;相同条件下,损失时间越长测得的K1越小,并且钻屑的粒度越小表现越明显;扩散系数表征瓦斯绕过微孔和煤基质的能力,相同条件下扩散系数越大测得的K1越大;煤粒粒度对K1的影响较大,现场测定过程中煤粒粒度组成对获得真实的K1和准确的临界值至关重要。The present paper is to study the effects of the gas pressure, the time loss, coal particle sizes, and the diffusion coefficient on the gas desorption index K1, one of the significant indexes for forecasting coal and gas outbursts. In conducting this study, we have first of all established a mathematical formula of K1 based on the diffusion theory and the physical significance of the gas desorption index K1 of drilling cutting. And then, with the help of the established formula, we have analyzed the effects of the diffusion coefficient, the time loss and the gas pressure on the gas desorption index K1. The results of this study indicate that: the value of K1 tends to increase with the increase of the gas pressure, whose relation can be expressed by the power exponent, that is, other conditions being the same, the longer the time loss, the smaller the value of K1 will be, which proves particularly true when the particle sizes of the coal are tiny. The reason for it is that the size of particles of drilling cuts of the Tectonic coal turns to be reduced with the increase of the destruction type. Thus, it can be concluded that the negative influence of the loss time would become more and more obvious with the increase of the destruction type. The relation between diffusion coefficient and K1 demonstrates that, when the gases pass through the microporosity and matrix of coal, the greater the diffusion coefficient, the bigger the value of K1 will be. And the drilling cutting sizes also take as a very critical factor for K-. That is to say, on the condition when the gas pressure remains the same, the value of index K1 increases fast with the decrease of the drilling cutting size, which helps us to arrive at the conclusion that the size composition of drilling cutting is critical for calculating the real value of K1 and the true value of K1 .
