摘  要:为探讨影响民航安检人员作业可靠性的影响因素及其之间的关系,提高安检人员的作业可靠性,运用三角模糊数学和网络分析法,建立了基于模糊-ANP的安检人员作业可靠性风险评估模型;通过计算评价指标权重,得到影响作业可靠性的关键指标为管理制度、员工培训次数和人员作业负荷等。在工作中应重点关注这些因素并加以管理,为安检提出有效的培训方案。This paper would like to come up with a renovated risk assessment model developed by its author to increase the operational reliability of all the staff members in charge of the aviation security based on the fuzzy-ANP method. For the said purpose, we have done a detailed analysis of the related tasks of the aviation security managerial staff members and the factors influencing their operation reliability. As we know, such factors are manifold and complicated, and in some cases even uncertain and ambiguous. In hoping to work out necessary and purposeful steps to prevent from all kinds of unexpected accidents in advance, we have been trying to investigate and summarize all the key effective measures for the staff-members involved to solve with the purpose to guarantee the air traffic security and safety. To achieve the goal, first of all, taking into account the correlation among all the indices, we do think it necessary to bring the analytic network process (ANP) theory into the comprehensive evaluation of all the influential indexes involved. To overcome the limitations of traditional expert scoring, we have done a broad "introduction to the basic theory of triangular fuzzy mathematics. Thus, based on fuzzy mathematics and network analysis, we have established a risk assessment model for operating reliability of the aviation security staff. Secondly, based on the engineering theory of the ' man-machine-environment -management' system, we have set up an evaluation index sys- tem for the operating reliability of the aviation control staff members while taking into account the relation among the factors in a proper order. And, thirdly, we have worked out a fuzzy comparison matrices, respectively, in accordance with the control criteria via the pairwise comparison method while constructing the criteria layer weight matrices.
