摘  要:为研究常见化学品对偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)热稳定性的影响,利用C600微量热仪对AIBN及AIBN与水、酸、氢氧化钠、氯化钠和铁等物质混合的热分解反应进行试验探究,根据试验数据得出相应的热力学和动力学参数,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对它们的分解产物进行分析。结果表明:AIBN本身的热稳定性较差;水、酸、氢氧化钠、氯化钠和铁等物质使AIBN的放热反应变剧烈,反应对温度的变化更敏感,反应速率常数增大;这些物质的加入不会改变AIBN的热分解反应产物。In order to study the influence of common chemicals on the thermal stability of 2, 2-azobis ( isobutyronitrile ) ( AIBN ), we have carefully made the experiments of the thermal decomposition reactions of AIBN and AIBN with water, acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride and iron by using C600 trace calorimetric apparatus. The resuits of our experiments and analysis indicate that the onset temperature of AIBN should be about 90 ℃, whereas the released heat should be about 1 000 J/g, and in the above said conditions, the impacts of these substances on the onset temperature and the released heat should not be overestimated. The above said analysis results have been done by us as a result of the experiment data by using the traditional dynamics method based on the corresponding dynamic pa- rameters. The results also prove that the activated energy of AIBN used in the experiments should be 114.79 kJ/mol and the activated energies of the systems turn out to be 158.31 kJ/mol, 149.28 kJ/mol, 288.63 kJ/mol, 267.42 kJ/mol, 258.32 kJ/mol in addition to water, acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride and irons. The above mentioned experimental data let us also clear that the thermal stability of AIBN tends to be poor with the increase of the sub- stances to promote the activated energies in the system. What is more, the exothermic peaks of the systems should be made to become sharp as the result of the intensification of the thermal decomposition reactions of the systems and the constant increase of the reaction rate and the sensitive change of the temperatures. And, finally, we have also made use of the Fourier transform infrared spectrometry to analyze their decomposition products, which may let us find that they have the same infrared absorption frequencies. Thus, it can be coneluded that it wouldn' t be possible for the above said substances to change the decomposition products of AIBN.
