摘 要:以硝酸铋、钨酸钠为原料,只使用无机添加剂硫酸钠,在控制反应体系pH=1、180℃、24 h的条件下,通过水热法制备了形貌均一、分散性较好、直径约为1μm的鸟巢状钨酸铋。利用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis、BET对样品的组成、结构、形貌、能带结构、比表面积进行了表征。以氙灯为光源(用滤光片去除λ≤420 nm的光),以甲基橙(MO)、亚甲基蓝(MB)、罗丹明B(RhB)为降解对象,考察了样品对染料废水的降解活性。结果表明,硫酸钠的添加量对钨酸铋的形貌有较大影响,在硫酸钠添加量为3 g时形成的鸟巢状钨酸铋形貌较好。制备的鸟巢状钨酸铋的吸收边缘在470 nm处,比表面积为14.289 7 m2/g,在可见光下反应120 min时对甲基橙、亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B的降解率分别为5.6%、45.5%、98.2%。In this paper, we have successfully developed the primary nest-like structure of Bi2 WO6 with Bi ( NO3 ) 3· 5 H2O and Na2WO4·2H2O through a simple and effective hydrothermal method. Along with it, we have also prepared the mono-dispersed nest-like Bi2WO6 products with an average diameter of 1 μm by regulating the pH value to 1 and adding a certain amount of Na2 SO4 via a simple hydrothermal method under the temperature of 180 ℃ for 24 h. In deepening our research, we have obtained the compositions of Bi2WO6, the mierostructure, morphology and the band gap energy, and characterized the specific surface area of the Bi2WO6 samples at the presence of 3 g Na2SO4 through X-ray diffraction (XRD), the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV- Vis the absorption spectrum (UV- Vis) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) tests. And, next, we have evaluated the photocatalytic activities for the organicdye sewage in synthesizing with Bi2 WO6 samples by degrading the methyl orange (MO), the methylene blue (MB) and rbodamine B (RhB) under a xenon lamp irradiation (while cutting off λ≤420 nm light through an optical filter). The results of our investigation and analysis have shown that Na2SO4 has a significant effect on the morphology of the Bi2WO6 samples. From the SEM photographic images of the samples prepared in different ratios of Na2 SO4 to other constituents, it can be found that the morphology of the BiaWO6 turns to be much better in the presence of 3 g Na2SO4. In addition, the UVVis absorption spectra revealed the absorption boundary of Bi2 WO6 samples prepared in the presence of 3 g Na2SO4 is equal to ca. 470 nm, with the visible region obviously expanded. The resalt of BET measurement demonstrates that the specific surface area of the Bi2 WO6 photoeatalyst prepared in the presence of 3 g Na2SO4 tends to be 14.3 m2/g.
