摘　　要：本文分析了昆钢热轧板带轧机支撑辊四列短圆柱滚子轴承磨损情况，找到特殊破坏形式的主要原因，提出采用减小轴承径向间隙这一解决方案，以期达到提高承载能力、减少磨损、延长其使用寿命的目的，并进行了计算论证。In this paper, the bearing wear of hot rolled plates strip mill supporting roller four row cylindrical roller in Kungang was analyzed, the main reason of special forms of damage was found, put forward the solution that decreasing bearing radial clearance, to improve the bearing capacity, reduce wear, and prolong the service life, then verified by calculation.
