摘　　要：本研究主要是通过对粤西地区体育健身俱乐部、体育赛事举办、全民健身活动开展情况的调查,了解粤西地区体育服务与管理人才需求现状及对人才质量要求,得出目前体育服务与管理人才供需不对称,从而提出结合社会需求,改革人才培养目标、课程设置、实践环节三个建议。This study is mainly through the investigation of fitness club,sports,national fitness activities in the western part of Guangdong,To understand the situation of talent demand and quality of western Guangdong sports service and management,conclusion that the asymmetry of supply and demand.Then combined with the needs of society,and puts forward three proposals：the reform of personnel training objectives,curriculum,and practice.
