摘　　要：胞外聚合物是活性污泥絮体的主要成分,在污水处理中发挥着重要作用。介绍了胞外聚合物的组成结构、提取和分析测定方法,在此基础上综述了胞外聚合物在生物除磷中的研究现状,指出了该领域存在的问题,并对胞外聚合物生物除磷技术进行了展望。Extracellular polymeric substances （EPS）,which plays an important role in wastewater treat-ment,is an essential constituent in the sludge flocculation.In this paper,the composition structure,extraction and determination methods of EPS were introduced.Further,the research progress and the existing problems of EPS in biological phosphorus removal were reviewed.The technology of EPS in biological phosphorus removal was prospected.
