前列泰片治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前列泰片治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择2012年3月-2014年3月在本院就诊的90例慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用综合治疗加抗生素,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用前列泰片治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,观察组前列腺液白细胞数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组患者前列腺液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A（sIgA）的水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论前列泰片治疗慢性前列腺炎效果显著,能明显改善患者前列腺液中的SIgA水平。Objective To discuss the efficacy of Qianlietai tablet in treatment of chronic prostatitis and its influence on patient’s immune function. Methods 90 patients with chronic prostatitis treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Comprehensive therapy and antibiotics were provided to the control group,while Qianlietai tablet was added to the observation group on the basis of treatment in the control group,the efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.89%,higher than 71.11%in the control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.After treat-ment,the white blood cell count in the observation group were less than those in the control group,with statistical differ-ence （P〈0.01）;the secreted immunoglobulin A （sIgA） level of prostatic fluid in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,which displayed statistical difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Qianlietai tablet can obtain a remarkable effect in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and greatly improve the SIgA level from patient’s prostatic fluid.
