摘 要:选取天然含铁锰矿,利用X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法进行表征,采用化学分析法进行成分分析.同时,考察了该锰矿除钒(Ⅴ)效果的影响因素,并利用响应面法优化正交实验得出最高响应值的拟合模型.结果表明:在钒(Ⅴ)初始浓度50mg/L,加入3g天然锰矿,吸附时间90min,温度35℃,pH 2.19时,该锰矿对钒(Ⅴ)的吸附效果最佳;Ca2+可有效促进钒(Ⅴ)的去除.锰矿对钒(Ⅴ)的静态吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附模型(R2=0.963 9),动力学数据符合二级动力学拟合模型(R2=0.999 5),最大吸附量为522μg·g-1.The static adsorption capability of a natural iron manganese ore on vanadium( V )solution was studied. Firstly, the manganese ore was characterized with the help of XRF,XRD and SEM,then was analyzed by using chemi- cal analysis method. Orthogonal tests were optimized by responsive surface method to acquire fitting model for highest response value in order to determine the optimal adsorption conditions. It is found that the removal effect of vanadium is optimal when the pH value is 2.19, natural manganese ore 3 g and adsorption time 90 minutes with the initial con- centration of vanadium 50 mg/L, and calcium ions promote the removal of vanadium. The results allow static adsorp- tion isotherm to fit well with Freundlich isotherm model (R2 = 0. 963 9) and the kinetic data to correlate well with the second order kinetic model (R2 =0. 999 5),the largest adsorption capacity is 522 μg · g-1
