两种尾套测压法测量不同体质量小鼠血压的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种尾套测压法测量不同体质量小鼠BP的应用。方法:C57BL/6小鼠按体质量分为低体质量(<28.5 g)和高体质量(≥28.5 g)组。用脉搏式和容量压力记录式血压计连续监测两组BP 5 d左右,当小鼠BP值趋于稳定后,开始记录BP值。结果:两种血压计测出的BP值在<28.5 g组有统计学意义(P<0.05),在≥28.5 g组无统计学意义。结论:小鼠体质量<28.5 g时,建议用脉搏式血压计,≥28.5 g时,两种仪器均可用。Objective：To determine the application of tail-cuff methods in measuring BP of mice with different body weights. Methods：C57BL/6 mice were divided into 28.5 g and ≥28.5 g groups according to their body weights. The mice BP was separately monitored by tail-cuff methods for about 5 consecutive days,when the BP values tended to be stable. Results：There was significant difference in detecting the BP values in the 28.5 g group when applying two different methods. The difference of BP values obtained from ≥28.5 g group was not remarkable. Conclusion：When the mice weight is 28.5 g, the pulse tail-cuff method is recommended,when ≥28.5 g, both instruments can be applied.
