摘  要:介绍了按照ASME标准设计和建造国外3000 m^3饱和C4球罐设计方法、球壳用钢板的选取过程,列出了钢板、锻件和焊条主要订货技术要求。对 SA 516Gr.70N制造3000 m^3饱和C4球罐的结构设计和有限元应力分析进行了详细介绍和评价,设计结构科学合理。对钢板及锻件的实物性能数据、球壳板制造几何尺寸进行了统计分析。依据 ASME标准并结合 GB 12337标准,提出了球罐制造和安装阶段的焊接、无损检测等技术控制措施。This paper introduces the design and con- struction method for the 3,000 m^3 saturated C4 spher- ical tanks according to the ASME Code. It also intro- duces the selection process for the stainless steel used on shells and lists the main technical requirements for the ordering of steel plates, forgings and welding rods. The paper makes a detailed introduction to and an evaluation on the structural design and the finite element stress analysis of the spherical tank made from SA 516Gr. 70N steel. And the design structure is scientific and reasonable. This paper also makes a sta- tistic analysis on the performance data of the raw ma- terials and the geometric dimension of the spherical shells for manufacture. According to the ASME Code and GB 12337 Standard, the paper presents the techni- cal control measures for the welding of spherical tank during the manufacture and installation period, nonde- structive examination and so forth.
