摘  要:对顺丁橡胶装置胶液罐裂纹采用宏观检查、壁厚测试、硬度测试、金相分析、化学成分分析及介质组分分析,结果表明:封头消应力热处理是导致封头内壁产生裂纹的主要原因,热处理长时间处于奥氏体不锈钢复层的敏化温度范围,导致Cr23C6等中间相在晶界析出;复合钢板复层与基层的热膨胀系数不同导致封头在热处理后存在较大的内应力。在有HF存在的情况下,最终发生不锈钢的晶间型应力腐蚀开裂。This paper studies the crack on the gum vessel in cis-polybutadiene plant through adopting macrography check,wall thickness testing,hardness testing,metallographic analysis,chemical composition analysis and medium component analysis.And the results indicate that stress relieving heat treatment of the head was the main reason for the crack on the inner wall of the head.The heat treatment was within the sensitization temperature of austenitic stainless steel for a long time,causing the intermediate phase such as Cr23C6 separated out within the crystal boundary.And big internal stress resulted from the different heat expansion coefficient between the complex layer and base layer of the clad steel plate after the heat treatment of the head.With HF existing in the medium,intergranular stress corrosion crack finally occurred.
