摘 要:目的探讨精浆中叶酸、维生素B12的含量与精子DNA完整性之间的相关性以及对男性不育的影响。方法收集自2011年12月到2012年6月来我院就诊的203名男性患者标本,用化学发光法检测叶酸、维生素B12的浓度,用吖啶橙荧光法(AOT)检测精子DNA断裂指数(DFI),并根据本实验精液参数中精子浓度,将精子浓度>20×106/ml并且生育能力较正常的患者作为对照组,将精子浓度<20×106/ml生育能力较低的作为实验组,来验证对照组与实验组中叶酸、维生素B12与DFI之间的关系。结果对照组(n=72)测得叶酸浓度为25.1±3.07 nmol/L,维生素B12的浓度为683.6±21.4 g/L;实验组(n=55)测得叶酸浓度为19.7±2.98 nmol/L,维生素B12的浓度为396.2±13.8 g/L。结论精浆中低浓度的叶酸以及维生素B12与精子DNA完整性具有相关性。Objective:to assess the effect of folic acid、VitB12 content in the seminal plasma and the correlation between the sperm DNA integrity,as well as the influence of infertility. Methods:Collected from December 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital in203male patients specimens,by using chemiluminescence detection of folic acid and VitB 12 levels,using acridine orange test(AOT)to detect sperm DNA index(DFI),and according to the experimental sperm concentration in semen parameters,sperm concentration ﹥ 20 × 10^6 / ml as control group,the sperm concentration ﹤ 20 ×10^6 / mL as experi-mental group,to verify the folic acid and vitamin B12 in the control group and experimental group and the relationship be-tween the DFI. Results:The control group(n = 72)measured folic acid concentration was 25. 1 ± 3. 07nmol/ L,the con-centration of VitB12 was 683. 6 ± 21. 4g/ L;The experimental group(n = 55)measured folic acid concentration was 19. 7 ± 2. 98 nmol/ L,the concentration of VitB12 was 396. 2 ± 13. 8g/ L. Conclusion Seminal plasma folic acid and VitB12 with low concentration of sperm DNA integrity with relevant relations and has a certain clinical value.
