肛管粘膜合并浅括约肌侧切法治疗混合痔150例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察侧切肛管粘膜浅括约肌法治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将150例患者随机分为治疗组1、治疗组2和对照组各50例,对照组外剥内扎术治疗,治疗组1采用多小切口治疗,治疗组2采用多小切口+肛管粘膜合并浅括约肌侧切法。结果对照组,治疗组1治疗组,2三组在愈合时间、术后3 d出血、术后10 d水肿及肛门狭窄愈合等方面治疗组2明显优于对照组及治疗组1,差异有统计学意义P<0.05,治疗组2愈合时间与治疗组1无明显差别。P>0.05。结论肛管粘膜浅括约肌法能有效地治疗混合痔,具有术后并发症少,简便易行,疗效确切等优点。Objective：To observe the lateral the anal mucosa shallow sphincter treatment of mixed hemorrhoids clinical efficacy. Methods：150 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group,the treatment group and the control group, 50 patients,control group stripping ligation（commonly used surgical）treatment,the treatment group using a small incision treatment,the treatment group 2 using a small incision anal mucosa merger shallow sphincter lateral Act. Results：In the control group,the treatment group,treatment group,three groups during the healing time,of postoperative the 10d edema and anal stenosis healing aspects of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group and the treatment group 1,the difference was statistically significant P ﹤ 0. 05,treatment group healing time and treatment group 1 no signifi-cant difference. P ﹥ 0. 05. Conclusion：anal mucosal shallow sphincter method can be effective in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,has fewer complications,simple and efficacy.
