摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征的护理。方法回顾性分析80例妊娠高血压综合征患者的病因、临床表现、产前、产后护理、制定护理对策。结果本组80例均得到正确诊断、及时发现、及时处理,做好产妇的健康教育及心理护理,有效地促进了母婴健康。结论加强孕期保健,做好妊娠高血压综合征产妇的健康教育及心理护理,经过积极治疗是降低孕产妇及围产儿死亡的重要环节。Objective：To study nursing measures of pregnancy - induced hypertensinsyndrome patients. Methods：Eighty cases of PIH patients were retrospectively analysed,through the etiology,clinical manifestations,prenatal and postnatal care,clinical manifestations and prevention of treatment,development of nursing . Results：In patients with PIH according to condition effectively care for patients to take measures to effectively promote maternal and child health. Conclusion：Strength-en prenatal care,pregnant women do healthy education and psychological persuasion,active treatment and effective care in patients with pregnancy - induced hypertension is to reduce maternal and perinatal mortality of the important part.
