摘 要:研究了纳米晶体纤维素/阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(NCC/CPAM)二元体系对原生浆(漂白硫酸盐桉木浆)和回用1次纤维所抄纸张的增强效果。结果表明,NCC与CPAM复配使用并添加到已加滑石粉的原生浆中,在CPAM用量0.4%、NCC用量0.6%时,相对于原纸,成纸抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数及耐折度分别提高61.3%、50.0%、58.3%及645%;相对于单加CPAM的对照样,纸张强度性能大幅提高。相对于回用1次纤维所抄纸张,将NCC/CPAM二元体系(CPAM和NCC用量分别为0.4%和0.6%)加入回用1次纤维所抄纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数及耐折度分别提高了51.0%、16.3%、53.9%及167%。In this paper,CPAM was used together with nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) to strengthen the papers made of virgin fibers and secondary fibers.Various paper properties with adding CPAM or NCC alone or CPAM/NCC together were studied.The results showed that when the dosages of CPAM and NCC were 0.4% and 0.6% respectively,for the paper made from bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp and using talc as filler,the tensile index,tear index,burst index and folding index were increased by 61.3%,50.0%,58.3% and 645% respectively compared with the control samples,also the tensile index,tear index,burst index and folding index were increased compared with the paper adding CPAM alone or NCC alone.When adding NCC/CPAM binary system in the paper made from secondary fibers,under the same dosage(CPAM 0.4%,NCC 0.6%),the tensile index,tear index,burst index and folding index were increased by 51.0%,16.3%,53.9% and 167% compared with the sample without the additives.Also,the various paper properties were improved compared with the paper made from secondary fibers adding NCC alone.
